Here it is, the trailer for the biopic of Harvey Milk.
Harvey Milk was the first openly gay man to serve in public office of any meaning. His life, and tragic death, spurred the initiative for gay rights in a way unseen since the Stonewall riots nearly 10 years prior.
Here is the film’s trailer, directed by Gus Van Sant (of Good Will Hunting, and My Own Private Idaho), starring Sean Pean as Harvey Milk (a performance sure to garner him yet another Oscar nomination), and James Franco as his lover.
And to answer everyone’s question, the answer is yes: Penn and Franco do have nude love scenes, and it’s quite unabashed in its depiction of the rainbow that is GLBT life.
