Gay Bash on Twitter = $213,000 Fine for Larry Johnson.
This tweet cost Kansas City Chiefs football player Larry Johnson $213,000: “@jaredlaunius think about a clever diss then that wit ur fag pic. Christopher street boy. Is what us east coast cats call u.”
The tweet was a response to that Twitter user whom had made jokes about the player falling down on the field when defensive linemen approached him. No, the Twitter user was not even gay.
While we don’t believe Mr. Johnson has a fairly high I.Q., he does play NFL football, we do believe he’s learned a new lesson in Social Media 101.
